Founder of YieldKey, Infinity Stays and Capital Orbit Group. My background is in sales, property and training.

Background

A little context.

My career started selling programmes to business owners at live events, including Tony Robbins’ Business Mastery.

Since then, the work has included professional-services sales, training teams, property sourcing and management, and building AI sales agents.

Selling is the part that’s been the same in every one of them: understanding what someone needs, explaining the offer and following through after the decision.

I write here about the questions, decisions and processes behind that work.

Sold millions of pounds’ worth of professional services. Led new client acquisition across UK and international markets, and trained teams on qualifying, pricing, objections and closing.

Worked on product, sales pages, email marketing and the sales process for a health and fitness YouTube channel with over a million subscribers.
